VersaPak Ltd is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050 in accordance with UK Government Procurement Policy Note (PPN) 06/21 and NHS procurement requirements.

This Carbon Reduction Plan details our current greenhouse gas emissions, reduction targets, and environmental management measures to support continual carbon reduction across our operations and supply chain.

To continue progress toward achieving Net Zero, Versapak International Ltd has adopted the following carbon reduction objectives:

• Reduce operational greenhouse gas emissions year-on-year
• Improve energy efficiency across facilities and operations
• Increase use of recycled and reusable materials
• Reduce waste generation and increase recycling rates
• Work with suppliers to support lower-carbon procurement and logistics
• Continue development of reusable tamper-evident carrier systems that reduce reliance on single-use packaging

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 06/21 and associated guidance and reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans.

Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the GHG Reporting Protocol corporate standard.

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and approved by the board of directors (or equivalent management body).
