• Insulation layer prohibits the frozen cooling element touching the product inside the carrier. DO NOT place the printed side against the contents. The insulated layer is on the plain side which can be placed against the contents.
• Emits the desired cooling temperature of approx. +/- 0°C into the product space, thus ensuring that the temperature inside the carrier stays above the critical value of +2°C.

• Thermal capacity: liquid 4,2 kJ/kg K, fest 2,08 kJ/kg K
