Established in 1973, Versapak manufactures a wide range of reusable tamper evident bags, pouches and security seals to keep valuable items safe. Versapak carriers can be used to protect cash and sensitive documents, to transport blood and medical specimens and to store ballot papers, personal items and keys.
With UK Headquarters, we have subsidiaries in Europe and Canada and a worldwide distribution network. In 1973, we launched our namesake product, the Versapak; a simple, yet effective reusable mailing pouch and security seal for safeguarding sensitive items during transport.
Today, our pouches and carriers feature our patented T2 locking mechanism and are trusted by a wide range of industries including medical, secure logistics, banking, electoral, retail, and leisure facilities. Versapak products are made using the best quality materials and are strong, durable and protective. They feature VersaShield™ Antimicrobial Protection to prevent the spread of infection and they can be padded and insulated.
We work hard to ensure that our products are as environmentally friendly as possible, our sewn products are reusable over 2,000 times and come with a five-year guarantee and our security seals are made from recycled plastic and are 100% recyclable. We work closely with all our customers to understand their exact requirements so that we can provide the most suitable and cost-effective solution for their needs. Versapak has manufacturing facilities in the UK and Europe and can offer bespoke products with short lead times. We can make any bag to an exact specification or add print and logos to our existing products. Versapak has a Royal Warrant of Appointment to Her Majesty the Queen in recognition of the high standard and quality of provisions supplied to the Royal Households.

Manufacturing
We manufacture bespoke products in our own factory where our machinists are skilled and experienced. Approximately 60% of what Versapak produce are bespoke items so it is essential that we have professional and experienced manufacturing personnel to maintain our high standards.
