We have a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of modern slavery, including slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking. We are committed to ensuring that such practices do not take place within our organisation or in any part of our supply chain.

Our Business and Supply Chain

Versapak International Limited is a manufacturer and supplier of secure reusable packaging and security products operating within the UK and international markets. Our supply chain includes suppliers of raw materials, manufacturing services, logistics, and distribution partners.

Policies Relating to Modern Slavery

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We expect all employees, suppliers, contractors and business partners to uphold the same high standards.

Suppliers are expected to comply with all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws and regulations, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and to ensure that similar standards are applied within their own supply chains.

We will not knowingly support or conduct business with any organisation involved in slavery, servitude, forced labour or human trafficking.

Risk Assessment and Due Diligence

We recognise that risks of modern slavery may exist within global manufacturing and raw material supply chains. We seek to work with suppliers who share our commitment to ethical business practices and responsible employment standards.

As part of our due diligence processes, we:

• Communicate our expectations regarding ethical conduct and compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015;
• Assess supplier relationships where appropriate;
• Encourage the reporting of concerns relating to unethical conduct or labour practices;
• Investigate concerns raised and take appropriate action where necessary.

Training and Awareness

Relevant employees are made aware of the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the importance of identifying and reporting concerns relating to unethical labour practices.

Monitoring and Review

This statement reflects our ongoing commitment to acting ethically and responsibly in all business relationships. We review this statement annually and monitor supplier relationships to support ongoing compliance with our ethical standards.
